PAYMENTS + POLICIES
PAYMENTS & CHARGES
Securing your date is simple. Once you’ve connected with our team and confirmed availability, a signed contract and non-refundable deposit of 50% officially reserve your event date. Due to demand, dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event.
CANCELLATION
If submitted 9+ months prior to the event date, 42West will refund the deposit less a $2,000 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations submitted less than 9 months from the event date will result in loss of the total deposit.
EAT & DRINK
42West Entertainment Group has a list of preferred caterers, bartenders and venders, however you are permitted to use your own vendors at no additional cost. All caterers, bartenders and DJs must be licensed and insured. View a list of our preferred vendors.
ALCOHOL SERVICE
42West Entertainment Group permits you to provide your own alcohol with no bar minimums or fees to bring in your own alcohol. We can also provide you with a list of approved alcohol vendors who can provide bar packages and pricing. All alcohol must be served by licensed and insured bar tenders. Liability insurance is required for all alcohol services.
Parking
42West offers free onsite parking and surrounding street parking. We pair this with our partnership with a professional valet service to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for your guests. Based on your event size and flow, our team will guide you on whether valet or additional parking solutions are recommended.
AUDIO VISUAL | Projection/Video Mapping
Our preferred audio visual partner is Atlanta Pro Audio Visual for our projection/video mapping offerings.

STAFF | Security
A 42West staff member is onsite for the duration of your event to ensure the venue operates smoothly.
42West Entertainment Group will determine the security required for each event and assist clients to staff accordingly.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
We require Special Event Liability Insurance for your event. Certificates are due no later than thirty (30) days prior to your event date. Your insurance and that of all vendors must list 42 West Entertainment Group, LLC, Selig Enterprises, its landlord, employees, contractors, and contracted vendors as additionally insured parties and protect against bodily injury, property damage, personal injury and other loss arising out of your use and occupancy of the premises. The insurance must have a single liability limit of not less than $1 million and a general aggregate liability limit of not less than $2 million.
NON-PROFIT
42West is proud to offer its venue at reduced rates to qualified, selected non-profits in the metro Atlanta area based on availability, date and timing of event. Please contact our sales manager for pricing inquiries.
